Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 October 2026

These terms apply to everyone who uses Veembly, a service run by Veegres Labs. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use Veembly.

The service

Veembly is a map of public chat communities. It shows links to chats run by other people. We do not run these chats and are not responsible for what happens inside them.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your account to yourself: you are responsible for what is done with it.

What you may pin

Only public chats of the supported messengers that belong to a place and that you are allowed to share. Do not pin private chats, chats you were asked not to share, or anything illegal, hateful, sexual, fraudulent or spam.

Where you place a pin

Place a pin where the community meets, never at a private home. Every pin is rounded to about 100 metres.

Verification and ownership

Anyone can verify a pin with a personal code shown on the chat's public page. Whoever proves last that they run a chat owns its pin. We may refuse or undo a verification that looks like abuse.

Paid pins

Channels and websites are paid pins. Paying changes what can be pinned, not what a pin may be: a paid pin that breaks these terms is removed without a refund.

Reports and moderation

Anyone signed in can report a pin. We may hide or remove pins and suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. If you think we got it wrong, write to [email protected].

Your content

You keep the rights to what you submit and allow us to show it on Veembly and in link previews of its pages. Chat names, pictures and descriptions are read from the chats' own public pages.

No guarantees

Veembly is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise that a chat is safe, active or what it says it is. Be careful with people you meet online.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Veegres Labs is not liable for indirect damage or for anything that happens in chats found through Veembly.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and we announce important changes on the site. Using Veembly after a change means you accept the new terms.
